Despite our obvious automotive affinity, The Humberview Group driveHG.ca is a company full of cycling enthusiasts. We love to ride and the opportunity to turn that passion into a mechanism to help raise money and support men’s mental health and Trillium Health Partners Foundation was a no brainer.
A portion of the proceeds from this year’s inaugural Peloton Ride will be donated to the Trillium Health Partner Foundation. This is another huge win in our opinion. HG has a long-standing relationship with the Trillium Health Partner Foundation. They do important work in a variety of areas, including men’s mental health, which is the focus of this year’s ride.
The opportunity to give back to organizations, events and life-saving causes such as these is not just a privilege it’s a corporate responsibility we take to heart, each and every day. Ride on.
Diligently serving customers and causes for over 30 years, we at Gears are passionate about connecting to community, purpose and meaning through the platform of cycling. We absolutely love selling, servicing and riding bikes with our customers that we often consider our friends and family. During our journey we learned that physical activity contributes greatly to improving the quality of people’s lives and mental health.
We are honoured to experience “One Great Ride” with our fellow cyclists, The Humberview Group, Badge of Life Canada, Nancy Field of FieldWork Communications and Trillium Hospital to help shed light on the very important cause of Men’s Mental Health. Through our support of the Peloton Ride we hope to help Men who are struggling with any form of despair to connect with solutions.
Looking forward to riding with you this September for ONE GREAT RIDE!
